Nottingham Forest went down to a 3-2 defeat against Swindon in Saturday's pre-season friendly at the County Ground.

Trialist Thomas Dossevi gave the hosts the lead in the third minute from Kevin Amankwaah's cut-back.

But a quick Garath McCleary double soon put the visitors in front. McCleary levelled on 21 minutes when he turned home Chris Gunter's right-wing cross, and four minutes later, he made it 2-1 to Forest after being released by Rob Earnshaw.

However, just before the half-hour mark, Togo international Dossevi notched his second goal of the afternoon when he rose above Luke Chambers to head home Jon-Paul McGovern's cross.

Swindon then grabbed the winner on 67 minutes when Kelvin Wilson sliced in Michael Rose's left-wing delivery.
