FINK ISSUES STRONG WARNING
Hamburg coach Thorsten Fink has revealed that a lot of strong words were used in the dressing room after Wednesday's 4-0 defeat to Hoffenheim, and that a lot more will follow.
That defeat left Hamburg just two points above the drop zone with four games of the season remaining and Fink feels his team talks need to be passionate if his side are to lift themselves away from danger.
"We certainly get to the point in the dressing room," he said on his club's website. "I will again get them motivated for the game and transmit my power and energy to the team.
"That is my job. Everybody in the stadium tomorrow has got to recognise that there is a team playing against relegation."
Fink has already decided which 11 men he will be sending out onto the field too.
Dennis Aogo returns after suspension with Ivo Ilicevic starting on the right of the midfield. Tomas Rincon will also start.
Hannover are without Mame Diouf for the rest of the season after he damaged ankle ligaments in Wednesday's 2-0 win over Wolfsburg.
"His loss is a real blow," coach Mirko Slomka said. "Mame is an important striker for us."
With Mohamed Abdellaoue also ruled out, Jan Schlaudraff should return from his recent berth out wide to play in attack with Didier Ya Konan.
"Moaning gets us nowhere, we have just got to get on with it for the last four games of the season," Slomka added.
Hannover are currently seventh in the table, just two points ahead of Werder Bremen in the race for a place in the Europa League next season.
